Sustainable Projects and Activities

In 2021, a 1.406 kWp/1.000 kWe solar power plant was commissioned on the roof of our Dilovası plant, covering an area of 8.500 m².
The commissioned power plant achieved an electricity generation of 1.774 MWh/year and a reduction in CO₂ emissions of 1.170 tons.
In 2024, we took our commitment to a sustainable future further by generating over 2 million kWh of energy in our solar power plants at our Dilovası and Tuzla factories.

High-efficiency LED luminaires are used in the lighting system and the interior lighting level is automatically adjusted according to the external environment (300 lux) via the integrated automation system.
During rest and meal breaks, the entire lighting system is automatically turned off/on to save energy.

We collect 10.000 m³ of rainwater annually using a siphonic system with a 1.200 m³ rainwater storage capacity, which we have installed at our Dilovası factory. By taking this environmentally friendly step, we are helping to protect water resources and contribute to a sustainable future.

Solar Wall is a renewable energy technology used for heating purposes. It converts solar radiation into heat energy with high efficiency and transfers it to the air.
The air heats up as it passes through thousands of holes in the panels. A negative pressure is created behind the panels with the help of a fan unit to draw the air into the indoor environment through the holes.
